POCket Crisis Info Guide (No Wait List).

Created to be a tool in Ontario’s Comprehensive Mental Health and Addictions Strategy, this brochure had the ultimate goal of providing people in crisis with a compact, discreet pocket sized information aid to help guide them to outreach and resources in Peel region’s crisis network.

This document served to improve access and transitions to free mental health and addiction supports for children, youth and families across services and sectors.

A WAY HOME

FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN FOR TEAM CANADA IN 2018.

Street Child World Cup is made up of grassroots and international organisations working together to change the way the world sees and treats street-connected children everywhere. This campaign was a fundraiser to send the first Team Canada to the event in Moscow in 2018.
