Support equitable faculty hiring practices by designing an accessible, updatable guide that UBC departments could easily adapt for ongoing recruitment efforts.

THE SOLUTION

We developed an accessible, AODA- and WCAG-compliant guide for equitable faculty hiring, designed for both print and digital use. The flexible, editable template allows UBC teams to update content independently while preserving accessibility, plain language usage and visual clarity.
