The Portuguese Cheese Co.

THE CLIENT

The Portuguese Cheese Company imports Traditional Portuguese, Latin American & Spanish Cheeses. They also manufacturer small batches of handcrafted cheese, which are carefully hand-cut and packaged in a variety of sizes for city-wide distribution.

THE OBJECTIVE

Enhance brand recognition, create a logo and cohesive Suite of Cheese Lables that can be quickly applied to pre-packaged cheese wedges of various sizes.

THE SOLUTION

To enhance brand recognition, we created designs printed on custom die-cut foil roll labels, creating a distinctive shape and colour scheme that reflects the style of cheese, the region of origin (icons specific to cheese type), and brand’s identity in a cohesive way. The Portuguese Cheese Company has been using this same label system and design for 20 years.
